Quality Policy The employees of JMC Sales and Engineering are committed to offering our customers technical support, quality tooling, and the best overall service. Our goal is to be the supplier of choice. History In 1991, Dave Mayer partnered with Joe Joachim and started a tooling distribution company to serve Central Indiana. By 1997, JMC had expanded to cover over three-fourths of the state with six sales representatives. In 2002, Dave Mayer acquired the remaining stock and became sole owner. By this time JMC had developed and expanded to serve all 92 counties in Indiana. To better serve our customers, Elco Tool was purchased in March 2005. Elco Tool had two locations, Fort Wayne and Mishawaka, and had been in business since 1955. JMC is now serving Western Ohio, Southwestern Michigan, and Northern Kentucky. Our services now include Inventory Management Programs and MAP (Manufacturing Analysis Program) which are provided by our three locations in Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Mishawaka.
