About Us

TAPS: SOLID CARBIDE: Made of micrograin carbide, these taps come in a variety of styles including hand, spiral point for thru hole applications, Metflo (thread forming), Metric, and in a CNC style. They are specifically designed for tapping highly abrasive materials such as Aluminum and Cast Iron in the automotive industry, and Titanium alloys, Sintered Metals, and Inconel in the medical and aircraft industries.
TAPS: Carbo-Clad: Manufactured with a High Speed Steel body with Carbide brazed on for the cutting edges. This provides the toughness of High Speed Steel and the performance of Carbide. They are specifically designed for tapping highly abrasive materials such as Aluminum and Cast Iron in the automotive industry, and Titanium alloys, Sintered Metals, and Inconel in the medical and aircraft industries.
DRILLS: SOLID CARBIDE DRILLS: These are available in a regular helix, fractional, letter, and wire gauge sizes. They assure a true, accurate, and smooth finish to your machined part. They can be used in Beryllium, non-ferrous alloys, fiberglass, plastics, resins, epoxies, and hardened steels.
DRILLS: CARBIDE TIPPED DRILLS: Available in a Taper length fractional, Jobbers length fractional, letter, and wire gauge sizes, and in Taper Shank fractional sizes. All come standard with a 118° point and can be used to drill brass, bronze, cast iron, and other non-ferrous materials.
DRILLS: DIE DRILLS (CARBIDE TIPPED): Die drills have a 118° point and are used in the drilling of hardened steel with a hardness of up to 65 Rockwell C. When used in deep hole applications they should be withdrawn frequently to clear the chip.
DRILLS: MASONRY DRILLS (CARBIDE TIPPED): These are available in a regular spiral for chip clearance of dust and other powdered materials, and a fast spiral for drilling hardened concrete. Also available n extra lengths.
REAMERS: STRAIGHT FLUTE: Made of micrograin carbide, these reamers are made to close tolerances to insure exact hole sizes, superior performance, production economy and longer tool life.
END MILLS: NC TOLERANCE: These micrograin carbide end mills are made to exacting tolerances and resist fracturing and chipping, unaffected by high temperatures they can be run at 3X to 10X faster than HSS end mills.
END MILLS: DOUBLE END CENTER CUTTING: These micrograin carbide end mills resist fracturing and chipping, unaffected by high temperatures they can be run at 3X to 10X faster than HSS end mills. Recommended for milling plastics, magnesium, cast irons, and high alloy steels.
END MILLS: SINGLE END CENTER CUTTING: These micrograin carbide end mills resist fracturing and chipping, unaffected by high temperatures they can be run at 3X to 10X faster than HSS end mills. Recommended for milling plastics, magnesium, cast irons, and high alloy steels.
END MILLS: LONG & EXTRA LONG SINGLE END CENTER CUTTING: These micrograin carbide end mills resist fracturing and chipping, unaffected by high temperatures they can be run at 3X to 10X faster than HSS end mills. Recommended for milling plastics, magnesium, cast irons, and high alloy steels.
END MILLS: ROUGHER-CENTER CUTTING: These micrograin carbide end mills resist fracturing and chipping. These End Mills are designed to "HOG OUT" or remove the material at faster rates. Recommended for milling plastics, magnesium, cast irons, and high alloy steels.
END MILLS: HIGH PERFORMANCE FOR ALUMINUM: Designed specifically for Aluminum, these micrograin carbide end mills resist fracturing and chipping. With the high helix chips are removed fast and away from the work piece. These High Performance Mills can be ran at up to 10X the speeds of conventional carbide. We recommend using a high volume coolant for optimum tool life.
END MILLS: METRIC CENTER CUTTING: These micrograin carbide end mills resist fracturing and chipping, unaffected by high temperatures they can be run at 3X to 10X faster than HSS end mills. Recommended for milling plastics, magnesium, cast irons, and high alloy steels.
